• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

• During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery:

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days within India.

• Express delivery: 2-4 business days (Available at an additional cost).

• Remote area deliveries may take longer depending on the logistics partner.

4. Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional charge of ₹50.

5. Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available for select pin codes in India.

• COD orders will be confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support at [your contact email/phone number].

• If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a resolution accordingly.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications:

• Address modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

• Once shipped, no changes can be made to the delivery address.

9. Undelivered Orders:

• If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.

• A re-shipping charge will apply for re-delivery.
