1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is not a customized or made-to-order product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective).
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without the original invoice, packaging, or tags.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, follow these steps:
