  • The item is not a customized or made-to-order product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective).
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without the original invoice, packaging, or tags.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:
